What We Believe

The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is infallible, inerrant, and the sole and final authority for all matters of faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:16)



God is eternal, the creation and fall of mankind are recorded in Genesis, and all have sinned. (Romans 3:10, 23; 5:12, 18)

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the Savior of mankind, conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. (Luke 1:26-38)

Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day, and that He ascended to heaven and will return for all those who have trusted Him as Savior and Lord. (1 Corinthians 15; John 3:16)

Those accepting Christ should repent of sin, confess Jesus as Lord, and be baptized by immersion into Him. (Romans 10:9; Acts 2:38)

The Church is the body of Christ on earth and is gifted and empowered by the Holy Spirit to evangelize the lost and edify the saved. (Ephesians 4:1-16, Romans 12)

Satan is real–there is eternal judgement for the devil, his angels, and those who follow him. (Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:1-10)

The Body of Christ (the Church) is made up of genuine believers, composed of many local fellowships, each fellowship exercising autonomous government under the headship of Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 1:15-23)

Government is ordained of God, and we declare our loyalty and assistance in every way possible consistent with our faith in the Scriptures as Christian citizens. (Romans 13)
